Project Description: Colony Hotel Parking Lot Design and Street Reconstruction

Work Scope:
WEA assisted the hotel’s owner with the $15 million redevelopment and expansion of the Colony Hotel, including a new circular parking lot. A 650-foot section of Colony Avenue, a town road, was also reconstructed as part of the project and this included coordination with design consultants to connect the sewer, water, and electrical utilities from Colony Ave to the hotel.
