Work Scope:
This unique property is spread over 700 acres along the shore of Sebago Lake and contracted with WEA to perform multiple tasks. WEA submitted permit applications of subsurface waste disposal systems for the town and the Portland Water District to maintain the integrity of this important drinking water source. A new inflatable water park required 28 moorings to be permitted and placed strategically in the adjacent bay. Upgrades, including a dredging project, the addition of yurts, expanded landscaping and recreational activities at the facility are ongoing.
