WEA provided design, permitting and construction services related to the reconstruction including removal and replacement of five culverts that carried the Webhanett River under Clubhouse Road in Wells, Maine. Several of the corrugated metal culverts completely failed, posing issues for access and potential utility failure to over 100 residences. Reacting quickly, WEA utilized its drone to immediately map the area, providing plans for permitting and design. WEA worked through the regulatory process with local, state, and federal officials. WEA coordinated with the contractor as construction progressed to ensure existing utilities were protected and service was restored to Clubhouse Road.<\/p>\n
