WEA participated in a design-build project for construction of a new 16,800 sq foot public works facility, a 12,800 sq foot salt and sand shed, a calcium station, and fuel depot for the town of New Gloucester. Ganneston Construction Corporation provided construction services while WEA prepared detailed site plans that specified site lighting, underground utility design, stormwater control, heating and ventilation systems, plumbing, and electrical. Collaborating with the Town, WEA paid particular interest minimizing the impacts on groundwater and surrounding natural resources. WEA also designed the site to provide for future expansion and possible solar panels, while creating an affordable energy efficient and comfortable space for the municipal staff.<\/p>\n
