WEA was retained to provide site engineering services for the redevelopment of an historic hotel into a senior residence in downtown Fairfield, Maine. The project included the renovation of the former hotel structure and the connected out-building into a 28-unit senior residence, as part of a larger project to revitalize the downtown district. Services WEA provided included site layout, site grading, and utility design to comply with all utility company standards. The project was funded through the Maine State Housing Authority and was developed according to MSHA\u2019s Construction Services Design and Construction Manual and Green Building Standards.<\/p>\n
