WEA worked together with Home Start and Kaplan Thompson Architects in developing a site plan for a three-unit affordable housing subdivision on Peaks Island, Maine. WEA managed the municipal permitting for the 0.37-acre site which included City of Portland Contract Zone Agreement (CZA) review and approval as well as City of Portland Subdivision approval. WEA provided project management from permitting through construction administration. In this capacity, WEA ensured all site work met the criteria outlined in both Maine State Housing Authority\u2019s Construction Services Development Manual and Green Building Standards.<\/p>\n
