Work Scope Walsh Engineering Associates, Inc. developed an overall site master plan to stabilize the shoreline, make landscape improvements, and design pond and trail features. WEA was retained to permit, design and oversee the construction of severely eroded embankment as well as design, permit and oversee the construction of a freshwater pond and trail system. This project required local (Town of Freeport Project Review Board) and state (Maine DEP NRPA Tier III application) permits, preparation of construction plans with all requisite details, and provided construction administration/oversight services.
