WEA worked closely with the homeowner, Geotechnical Engineer, permitting authorities and Contractor to develop a plan that was executed to stabilize the highly unstable bluff. Permits obtained included local (Conservation Easement, Sketch/Major Final Project Review), State (DEP Tier III NRPA) and Federal (Army Corps of Engineers).
