Work Scope : WEA was contracted to design and permit improvements to an existing commercial site including construction of a S.F. self-storage facility, with associated vehicle storage. WEA designed a site plan to incorporate two existing buildings plus the new self-storage building with work including the preparation of permit applications and obtaining local (City Site Plan Review), state (DEP Stormwater), and federal (Army Corps of Engineers) permits for this project.
