Work Scope WEA was contracted to design and permit improvements to an existing commercial site including construction of a new building, additional parking, landscaping, and associated utilities. The project is located at a busy intersection, requiring relocation of the Main Street site access. Stormwater was managed with the use of pervious paver systems and underground storage and treatment. WEA prepared and obtained local (Contract Zone, City Site Plan Review) and state (DEP Tier I NRPA, Stormwater, Army Corps of Engineers) permits for this project. The project is anticipated to begin construction in the Spring of 2017.
