Work Scope Walsh Engineering Associates, Inc. was asked prepare site plans, obtain permits, and oversee conversion of the existing stormwater detention pond to a subsurface gravel wetland to provide more effective treatment of onsite stormwater. WEA prepared and obtained local (Town of Oxford Notice of Intent and Site Plan Review, Oxford Conservation Commission review and approval) and state (Massachusetts DEP Notice of Intent) permits for this project within a 60-day timeframe.
